Terms and Conditions for Christmas Box Donation Sanitarium Draw
1. Introduction By participating in the Sanitarium Competition, you agree to abide by these official terms and conditions. The competition is organized by LIFE Community (the Organizer) in support of Christmas Box, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Kiwi families struggling to make ends meet.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Aotearoa.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Organizer, their immediate families, and any affiliated companies or organizations are not eligible to enter.
By entering the competition, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must donate a minimum of $40 to the Charity via the official donation platform at christmasbox.co.nz between 1 Dec 24 to 31 Dec 24 .
Each donation made constitutes one entry into the competition. Donations must be made through the official donation channel to be eligible.
No purchase is necessary to enter, and donations are optional, but donations made in the specified amount will automatically enter the donor into the competition.
For every $40 you donate you go into the draw to win a years supply of Weet-Bix.
4. Prize
The prize(s) for this competition are as follows:
A year’s supply of Weet-Bix or 9 crates worth of Weet-Bix.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event the original prize is unavailable.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the end of the competition period.
The draw will take place on 6 January 2025 and the winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or fails to claim the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Use of Personal Information
By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner(s).
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
7. General Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer is final and binding.
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Google.
8. Liability
By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, Charity, and their affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Competition or the use of any prize.
The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the entry process or notification of winners.
9. Acceptance of Terms By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
